Do you understand and agree to everything on our Adoption Process Page? This explains every step and expectation in joining our Forever My Doodle Family.
Do you understand and agree to our "No-Homeless Pet Policy", and to never abandon or surrender your adopted puppy? Please understand that this adoption is a commitment to love and care for this puppy for his or her entire life.
Do you understand and agree that Forever My Doodle puppies are sold as Pets Only, with NO BREEDING RIGHTS, and that your puppy will need to be Neutered or Spayed at the age of 6-9 month. Please be 100% sure you do not want one of our puppies to breed.
If you live out of town, are you interested in delivery, meeting halfway or meeting at the TLH airport?
A Non-Refundable Deposit of $500.00 is due after your approval of your application. Other families are waiting to place deposits too, please understand that your place in line for a puppy can Not be held until you place a deposit. Let us know that you agree to these terms and how you will be paying your deposit.
On "Puppy Pick Day", which is scheduled the weekend after puppy's 6th week birthday, the remaining and final adoption fee, plus 7.5% tax, will be due. Signing the Bill of Sale and Contract will also happen at this visit. Please let us know how you will be paying.
