Adoption Process
1. Fill out your application
Click below to begin the first step in bringing home your Forever My Doodle Goldendoodle! This lets us know what you’re looking for in your new puppy and helps us get to know you better.
Our puppies are raised right in our home, where they receive hands-on care, training, socialization, and lots of love. This unique approach allows us to understand each puppy’s personality and temperament deeply, enabling us to suggest the puppy that will best fit your family’s needs.

2. Pay the Deposit
Our puppies are in high demand! To secure your spot for ‘Puppy Pick Day,’ we request a $500 deposit, which will be applied toward the final purchase price. We’re excited to help you find the perfect addition to your family!
We accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, check, or cash.
3. Prepare for your puppy
Prepare for your new puppy just as you would for a newborn baby. We recommend the Baxter and Bella training program, which offers step-by-step curriculum to help you and your family prepare before the puppy enters your home.
Weekly updates with pictures will be sent until your puppy is ready to join you at 8 weeks old.
Pre-puppy checklist
- Start puppy training. We recommend a program by Baxter & Bella that equips and trains you and your family together, putting you all on the same page right in your home with a step-by-step curriculum.
- Visit our Recommended Supplies page to find some of our favorite items to help you care for your Goldendoodle.
- Purchase your puppy’s food. We highly recommend Pawtree, base on our nutritionists recommendation, with other options including Science Diet and Royal Canin.
4. Puppy Selection Day
Selection takes place the weekend after the puppies turn 6 weeks old. This is when you can meet the puppies of the litter you have reserved. We schedule 1.5-hour time slots for each applicant to interact and play with the puppies, helping you make the perfect choice. Selection order is based on the order reservations were received.
Your remaining balance is due and final papers will be signed on this special day.

Notify us before or during the 6-week appointment if you decide not to adopt from this litter.
5. Go-Home Day
Pick up your puppy the weekend after they turn 8 weeks old. Bring a companion, travel kennel, and leash/harness for safe transport.
You’ll receive a gift basket with supplies, health certificate, vaccination record, microchip information, and a feeding/sleeping/potty schedule. This package equips you for your first veterinary visit and aids in the smooth transition of your sweet puppy to their new home.
